When I started this journey, I had the basic cooking utensils in the kitchen like the cheapest pots, pans and other small appliances from Walmart. They worked ok but, you will find that you will be cooking at home more than ever and you may need to upgrade those kitchen tools. And you’ll find that eating out will become almost nonexistent.
So, after a few weeks eating the carnivore way and cooking my meals at home, I figured it was time to invest in some tools that will get the job quicker and make it as easy as possible.
My very first upgrade was to my old wore out air fryer and I am extremely happy with the Instant Pot Air Fryer Oven.

This thing is probably my second most used tool in the kitchen right after my cast iron skillet. After much research, this is the air fryer that I settled on. The reviews were great, and it had the features I was looking for in a carnivore tool that I would be using almost daily.

If you are looking for something a little simpler, the Dash Deluxe Electric Air Fryer is about a simple as it gets. I used this air fryer for years with great success and it got the job done without the need for the extra settings.

Conclusion
I don’t think air fryers are just a fad, I think they are here to stay. they are incredibly versatile and do away with the need for a deep fryer full of unhealthy seed oils. Air fryers are also extremely quick, and cleanup is a breeze. If you don’t have an air fryer, you need one and if you have an older one, it’s time for an upgrade. My two picks above are excellent choices but just about any air fryer will do.
